At Fitlab Peptides, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States only
- International shipping is not available at this time
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link
- You may also track your order through your Fitlab Peptides account

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. However, issues may occasionally occur:
5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office
- If still missing, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will assist with filing a carrier claim
5.2 Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Email us at support@fitlabpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will review and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable
6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Contact us immediately at support@fitlabpeptides.com or +1 (310) 464-1101
- Orders cannot be modified once shipped
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Holiday shipping volume
- Carrier delays
- Supply chain disruptions
