Refund Policy

At Fitlab Peptides, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a request.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable

If your order qualifies, please follow the return instructions below.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used research chemicals and supplements
  • Digital products (eBooks, downloadable guides, etc.)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@fitlabpeptides.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the RA number
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@fitlabpeptides.com

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, email support@fitlabpeptides.com with photos of the issue.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled
